Shinkyu Traditional Japanese Acupuncture Certification Program

Santa Monica (Los Angeles), California, US 

Inaugural comprehensive year-long Japanese acupuncture training program: history, fundamental concepts, diagnostic techniques, needle insertion methods, and treatment approaches of traditional Japanese acupuncture.

 

In-person, once a month, on weekends (each with 14 hours (Sat/Sun), over 12 months for 168 hours total). CEU and NCCAOM PDA credits and certification as Japanese Acupuncture Practitioners upon completion of attendance requirements, written assessments, and practical exams. 

 

Instructor: Atsuki Maeda, DAOM, LAc, Dipl OM. Licensed Acupuncturist, Moxibustionist and Anma-Massage-Shiatsu therapist in Japan; Licensed Acupuncturist in California, Diplomate of Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM); owner and practitioner at Golden Ratio Acupuncture Clinic in Santa Monica and Torrance.

 

Tuition: For professionals: $6,000; acupuncture students: $5,500.

 *Payment plan: $1,000 first 6 months (professionals), $1,000 first 5 months and $500 on the 6th month (students).

 *First installment or full payment required at registration.
